MicroStrategy Raises USD 1B to Buy More Bitcoin

MicroStrategy confirmed today that it raised USD 1.05bn and it intends to spend it on bitcoin (BTC). The company estimates that the net proceeds from the sale of its notes will be approximately USD 1.03bn. (To be updated)
